3. Product Information and Specifications

However, agricultural products are subject to natural variations. Final specifications, moisture levels, and calibrations will be strictly defined and legally bound in the wholesale contract prior to shipment.
4. Quote Requests and Orders
Submitting a Request for Quote (RFQ) or Sample Request form through our website does not represent a legally binding contract of sale. All quotes provided by our export team are subject to final confirmation, availability, and fluctuations in commodity pricing. A legally binding agreement is only formed upon the signing of an official Sales Contract and issuance of a Proforma Invoice.
5. Intellectual Property
