1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Melita Apricot website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website.

2. Nature of Business (B2B)

Melita Apricot is exclusively a Business-to-Business (B2B) wholesale exporter. The products, packaging options, and logistics services detailed on this website are intended for commercial entities, distributors, food manufacturers, and wholesalers. We do not engage in retail sales to individual consumers through this platform.

3. Product Information and Specifications

We strive to ensure that all information on this website, including product descriptions, technical specifications, and certifications, is accurate. However, agricultural products are subject to natural variations. Final specifications, moisture levels, and calibrations will be strictly defined and legally bound in the wholesale contract prior to shipment.

4. Quote Requests and Orders

Submitting a Request for Quote (RFQ) or Sample Request form through our website does not represent a legally binding contract of sale. All quotes provided by our export team are subject to final confirmation, availability, and fluctuations in commodity pricing. A legally binding agreement is only formed upon the signing of an official Sales Contract and issuance of a Proforma Invoice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of Melita Apricot and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this material is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Melita Apricot and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use this website, or errors in the information provided herein.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes relating to these terms or international trade agreements shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malatya, Turkey, or through international arbitration as defined in our final commercial contracts.
